The elephant rescue and rehabilitation work of the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in Kenya, Eastern spiritual beliefs, vintage circus posters, and children's illustrated books have all informed and inspired this book of elephant portraits. They were drawn with twigs and homemade walnut ink on eco-friendly elephant dung paper.
